All payments are processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵).

Service Charge

A small service charge of 2% is added to the displayed price of each order to cover payment processing fees. This charge is clearly applied at checkout before you confirm payment.

Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, data bundles and digital services are delivered instantly to the phone number or account you provided. Delivery typically completes within 1–30 minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your order within 30 minutes, please use the Track / Recover Order tool on our homepage or contact us on WhatsApp.

Payment Security

All transactions on our platform are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or Mobile Money PIN details on our servers. Your financial information is fully encrypted and secure.

Refunds & Failed Transactions

We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered digital services. However, if you were charged but your order was not delivered, the following applies:

Wrong Number / Details

Please double-check the recipient phone number before completing payment. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect number provided by the customer. If you realise a mistake immediately after payment, contact us as quickly as possible - we will do our best to assist, but recovery is not guaranteed once delivery has been initiated.
