Our platform provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo
- BECE and WASSCE results checker vouchers
- School application forms (SHS and tertiary)
- AFA (Anidaso Farmers Association) registration assistance
- E-voting solutions for schools and organisations
- Data API access for developers and resellers
All services are subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.
- Purchase data bundles for resale without prior written authorisation (unless you are a registered agent).
- Provide false information during registration or checkout.
- Attempt to manipulate pricing, vouchers, or order systems.
Limitation of Liability
Trust God Data Store is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party networks (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or payment gateways.
- Loss resulting from incorrect recipient details submitted by the customer.
- Temporary unavailability of any network or service outside our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
